Return and Refund Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
Decide To Elevate provides digital products delivered electronically.
Because digital products can be accessed shortly after purchase, purchases are generally final once access has been provided.
We understand, however, that genuine order, billing, delivery, or product concerns can occur. Every request is reviewed carefully and individually. We will consider the circumstances of your order, this Refund Policy, our obligations as a business, and any consumer protection rights that apply to your purchase.
Our goal is to understand what happened and provide an appropriate resolution.
When to Contact Us
Please contact us if you experience an issue such as:
- being charged more than once for the same purchase;
- not receiving access to your purchased files;
- receiving a file that is corrupted or cannot be opened;
- receiving the wrong digital product due to an error on our side;
- receiving a product that is materially different from its description;
- experiencing a technical problem that prevents the product from working as described; or
- any other concern about your order that you would like us to review.
If your situation is not listed above, you are still welcome to contact us. We will review the information you provide and respond based on the circumstances of your order and any rights that apply to your purchase.
How We Review Requests
We take refund and order concerns seriously and aim to review them fairly, carefully, and diligently.
To help us understand what happened, we may ask for information such as:
- your order number;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the product involved;
- a description of the issue;
- screenshots or other information that may help us reproduce or verify a technical problem; and
- relevant transaction information where a billing issue is involved.
We will only request information reasonably necessary to investigate and address the concern.
After reviewing the circumstances, we will determine the appropriate next step in accordance with this policy, our legal obligations, and any applicable consumer protection requirements.
Resolving Product or Delivery Problems
Where appropriate, our first goal is to find a fair and practical resolution to the issue you are experiencing.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- restoring or resending download access;
- providing a replacement or corrected file;
- providing the correct product where an incorrect file was delivered;
- helping troubleshoot a technical or compatibility issue;
- correcting an order or billing problem;
- issuing an appropriate refund; or
- providing another remedy appropriate to the circumstances.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the problem, the information available to us, this policy, and any consumer rights that apply to the purchase.
Change of Mind or Purchasing Errors
We encourage customers to review the product description, preview images, included files, compatibility information, and cart contents before completing a purchase.
Requests involving a change of mind, an accidental purchase, selection of the wrong product, or a product that is no longer needed will be reviewed individually.
When reviewing these requests, we may consider factors such as whether digital access has already been provided, whether the product and its contents were clearly described before purchase, and any consumer protection rights that apply to the transaction.
Digital Product Compatibility
Some Decide To Elevate products include fillable PDF features.
Where stated on the product page, Adobe Acrobat Reader may be recommended for the best fillable-PDF experience. Features can vary between PDF applications, browsers, operating systems, and devices.
If you experience a compatibility problem, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where reasonably possible, help determine whether the file itself has a problem or whether the issue relates to the software or device being used.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us with your order information.
We will review the relevant transaction records. If we confirm that a duplicate charge occurred, we will arrange the appropriate correction or refund.
Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method, where available.
After Decide To Elevate processes an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
Any applicable taxes or similar amounts associated with an approved refund will be handled in accordance with the tax rules and payment-processing requirements that apply to the transaction.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you notice an order or billing concern, you are welcome to contact us so we can review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.
If you open a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or another payment provider, the transaction may become subject to that provider’s dispute process.
While a dispute or chargeback is active, our ability to issue a separate refund may be limited by the payment provider. We will cooperate with the applicable dispute process and may provide relevant information reasonably necessary to review the transaction, including:
- order records;
- transaction information available to us;
- digital-delivery and download records;
- product descriptions;
- customer communications; and
- other relevant information relating to the purchase.
A transaction will not be reimbursed twice. If an amount has already been returned, credited, or awarded to you through a payment dispute or chargeback, a separate refund for the same amount will not also be issued.
Any fees that your own bank, card issuer, or payment provider charges you in connection with a payment dispute are governed by your agreement with that provider and are not set or controlled by Decide To Elevate.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to raise a payment dispute or exercise a consumer right available under applicable law.
Consumer Rights
Your legal consumer rights continue to apply.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, refund right, remedy, or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We will handle requests in accordance with this policy, the legal obligations that apply to Decide To Elevate, and the applicable consumer protection laws and rights relevant to your purchase.
Where applicable law provides you with rights or remedies beyond those described in this policy, those rights and remedies continue to apply.
